About Our Products
Where does your lavender come from?
Our lavender is grown by Myroslava Mereshko on her family field in the village of Mahala, Chernivtsi, Ukraine. The field now spans 2 hectares with 20,000 lavender bushes (Hitkota variety, originally from France) and is an official tourist attraction known as “Bukovynian Provence”. Myroslava harvests the lavender by hand, without chemicals, and processes it locally through steam distillation. We import the products directly to the Netherlands.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. All our products are made from pure, natural ingredients. We do not use synthetic fragrances, parabens or artificial colourants. Our essential oils are GC-MS tested for purity.
What is the difference between essential oil and hydrolat?
Essential oil is a concentrated extract from lavender flowers, obtained through steam distillation. It is very potent and should be used diluted. Hydrolat (also known as floral water) is the aromatic water that remains after distillation. It is gentler and can be applied directly to the skin, as a facial toner or linen spray.
How do I use lavender oil?
Lavender oil is versatile: add a few drops to a diffuser for aromatherapy, blend with a carrier oil (such as jojoba) for massage, or add to your bath. It has a calming effect and can help with sleep, stress and minor skin irritations. Always use diluted on the skin.
Is lavender oil suitable for people with allergies?
Lavender oil is generally well tolerated, but for sensitive skin we recommend doing a patch test first: apply a diluted drop to the inside of your wrist and wait 24 hours. Consult your doctor if in doubt. Do not use on children under 3 years of age or during pregnancy without medical advice.
How do I store lavender oil and what is its shelf life?
Store essential oil in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. When properly sealed, the oil has a shelf life of at least 2 years. Hydrolat is best stored in the refrigerator after opening and has a shelf life of 6-12 months.
Do you have quality certificates?
Yes. Our essential oils are tested via GC-MS analysis (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry), which confirms their purity and composition. The results are available upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed through our payment provider.
Is it safe to pay with you?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed via a secure SSL connection. We do not store any credit card details — this is handled securely by our certified payment provider.
Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 1-3 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium. For other EU countries, delivery takes 3-7 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.50 and is free for orders over €50. Shipping to Belgium and Germany costs €7.50 (free for orders over €75). Rest of Europe: €13.50 (free for orders over €100).
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a track & trace code by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment of receipt. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. After receipt, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Gifts & Special Orders
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders come beautifully packaged as standard. For gift sets, we use a premium gift box. At checkout, you can add a personal message which we will include on a card.
Can I order a large quantity for an event?
