Return & Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with Dutch law and the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right
to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order
without giving any reason.

How to Return?

1. Contact us — Send an email to
   info@lavendellab.nl
   with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Pack the product — Make sure the product is unused
   and in its original packaging. Seal the packaging properly.
3. Ship the package — Return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.
   We recommend a shipping method with track & trace.
4. Refund — After receiving and inspecting the product,
   we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Conditions

• The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• Opened or used products will not be accepted (unless defective)
• Return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer

Damaged or Defective Products

Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Please contact us immediately.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
