1. Identity of the business

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Lavendel Lab
and to every distance contract concluded between us and you as a consumer.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Offers and prices

• All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise
• Shipping costs are displayed separately before completing the order
• We reserve the right to change prices; orders already placed will not be affected
• Obvious errors in an offer are not binding upon us

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through our webshop. After placing your order,
you will receive a confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded at the moment
we confirm your order.

Payment is made via the available payment methods in our webshop
(iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay). Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

5. Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days
• Delivery time depends on the destination and the courier service
• The risk of damage and/or loss of products remains with us until the moment of delivery

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product
without giving any reason (right of withdrawal / cooling-off period).

• The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer
• After receiving the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days

7. Warranty and complaints

We guarantee that our products conform to the specifications stated in the offer
and to reasonable standards of quality and fitness. Do you have a complaint?

We will respond within 14 days.

8. Liability

The liability of Lavendel Lab is limited to the amount covered by
our liability insurance, or alternatively to the invoice amount
of the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect damages.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our
privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Applicable law and disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
